  • How to apply eMudhra Digital Signature online, paperless, based on PAN eKYC ?

1. Click the link below or copy and pest it to url:

2. Click the button "Enrol & Apply DSC".


3. select KYC mode as PAN and press Continue

4. Fill the following details in the place provided: PAN Number, Name (as in the PAN), Date of Birth, Gender, Address.

5. Choose the digital certificate of your choice & set your Challenge Code.

Note :

1. Please chose certificate validity as 2 years, since certificate with 2 years validity is available with us

2. Download Password

Define your own download password (Challenge Code) to download the certificate, once approved by eMudhra CA. The same will also be sent to you over SMS / email after approval. (Minimum 6 characters)

7. Upload the following documents & click next

Note:

(Consolidated size of uploaded files should not exceed 10MB): Scanned copy of Original PAN card, Scanned copy of Original Address Proof, Passport size Photo of the applicant in JPG / PNG format.

8. Set your desired Username (minimum 6 and maximum 25 characters) & PIN (6 digit numeric), to create a new eKYC Account.

9. Complete Mobile & Email Verification through OTP (OR) you can later complete the verification process by clicking on "Skip Verification & Submit" button, then a link will be sent to the registered Email ID to complete the verification and eSign process.

10. If above verification process is completed, provide your eKYC Account login credentials for eSigning the DSC application and proceed for Video Recording (OR) you can later complete this process by clicking on "Skip eSign & Submit" button, then a link will be sent to the registered Email ID to complete eSign and Video Recording process.

  • How to apply eMudhra Digital Signature online, paperless, based on Aadhaar XML eKYC ?

1. Click the link below or copy and pest it to url:

2. Click the button "Enrol & Apply DSC".

3. Select KYC mode as Offline Aadhaar XML and press Continue

4. Go to www.uidai.gov.in. Submit Aadhaar number to obtain OTP in mobile .

Note : This is verification of mobile number as well

5. Submit the mobile OTP to download Aadhaar XML file. Provide 4 digit share code which is turn required in the next level.

6. Upload the Aadhaar eKYC file, enter the "Share Code" (generated by you during Offline AADHAAR XML download in UIDAI website), Mobile Number (registered with Aadhaar) and provide other necessary information asked for.

7. Choose the digital certificate of your choice & set your Challenge Code.

  • How to store / download eMudhra Digital Signature in USB token?

A. Making the token ready for downloading .

1. Insert the token in USB port.

2. Run the setup exe file to install the driver.

3. Start the driver by double clicking the icon appeared on the desktop.

4. Set PIN as per your choice and confirm the PIN(default PIN for ePass token is 12345678). Be careful in giving the PIN and remembering the same.

B. Downloading the DSC from eMudhra website:

1. Go to eMudhra download certificate option of page https://www.e-mudhra.com/portal/Subscriber/Login.aspx

2. Opt either of options

i. emClick Tool

ii. eMudhra Helper Service

3. Put the application No. and Challenge code as communicated to you.

4. Wait till the details of certificate is displayed.

5. Put PIN of token as set by you in the previous stage.

6. Select token type. (You may have to click refresh button for more than one times to select token type)

7. Click the check box of statutory statement.

8. Download the certificate ( you may have to wait a little longer time)

9. Close the browser.

10. Open the DSC from desktop icon.

11. Select certificate option at the left panel.

12. Check certificate details at the right panel.

Now your Digital Signature Certificate is ready to use.
